If you find your skin lacking moisture with the occasional dry patches and flaky skin, a yogurt based cleanser will help to detoxify the skin while leaving the surface supple and soft.
Cleansing Milk is perfect for acne-prone, irritated and sun damaged skin. The yoghurt will help remove any makeup and loosen any dirt from your skin. Your skin will thank you! The organic ingredients will not only aid in removing dirt and residue from your skin, but will help to nourish it and even any dark spots and pigmentation.
What You Will Need:
- 1/2 Cup Organic Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic ingredients are the best products you can use for your skin. With more nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants for your skin, going all natural is the best solution. Pour the plain yogurt into a bowl and mix the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
Mix all of the ingredients until the yogurt becomes a smooth paste. You can substitute lemon for honey as an alternative for brightening and evening out a dull complexion. For dull skin fresh lemon juice can be double in quantity for a brightening mask.
Apply the mixture onto the skin and massage it in circular motions for about 5-10 minutes. Concentrate on the forehead, nose and cheeks to help loosen any dirt and makeup while increasing blood circulation. It’s important to take your time with massaging the skin to help the mask sink into the skin.
Leave the mixture onto the skin for a few extra minutes and wash off with ice cold water to help tighten pores.
Use the cleansing milk daily to achieve better results. The cleansing milk can be stored in your fridge to use on a daily basis, it is recommended to discard the mixture after 10 days.
