The Batiste Dry Shampoo for Brunettes is a lifesaver. While some dry shampoos come in powder form, this aerosol spray can works similar to hairsprays. Simply take a section of hair and spray the product a few inches away from your roots. If you’re in a pinch, baby powder works just as well but use with a light hand. Just dust the powder into your roots and massage it in and all your oil will be soaked up.

Think of baking soda as an exfoliant for your teeth, it scrubs away any build up left behind by tea and food. Just dip the brush with toothpaste into the baking soda and brush the front portion of your teeth in slow gentle strokes. Try not to be too rough on your teeth since it can become sensitive. Do this every other day for best results.
